Perfect base for exploring nearby attractions and parks

The hotel is just a short 10-minute drive to CityWalk and the amazing theme parks, making it super convenient for family fun and adventure; we enjoyed a beautiful view looking out towards Volcano Bay from our room, which was a lovely...  

The shower was filthy with grime everywhere, the toilet barely flushed, and we found dirty towels. The AC was loud and ineffective, making it impossible to sleep. Seriously, cleanliness is a must! What a disappointment....  

Perfect location in the very very nice area, right by the park there, and outlet stores, movie theatres. Beautifully maintained and high standard unit with sofa bed, top-class staff.

The Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, especially Christian, were extremely helpful and attentive, enhancing our experience. The pool area was a nice retreat after a busy day, adding to our overall satisfaction.

The heated pool was a slice of paradise! I loved soaking in the jacuzzi while soaking up the sun. Plus, the friendly staff made every moment feel special.

Very good staff and rooms, early check-in. Nice building and rooms with great decoration. Everything here was great. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was heated.

Everything was good and we had quite comfortable time.

The room was clean, spacious, and had no carpets, which was refreshing. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Temperature control worked well, but the AC unit was a bit loud at times. I appreciated the abundance of parking spaces; finding a spot was easy despite it being busy. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to attractions. some updates are needed, as the bathroom tiles looked worn. The staff was friendly and prompt, making the check-in process seamless. the comfort of the room stood out, with just a few areas for improvement.

The price and location were spot on. Clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere made for a nice start, plus the nearby shuttle to theme parks was a huge bonus. the aging facilities were a letdown; the AC was unbearably loud, and the pillows were absurdly small. I encountered some cleanliness issues, too—I'll spare the details. Breakfast wasn't worth the extra fee, and staff interactions were hit or miss. Despite the rough patches, the helpfulness of some staff shone through, creating a mixed but memorable experience.
